Why this honey is actually raw.

🐝

Our Own Bees

Apis cerana indica — the native Indian honeybee. Smaller colonies, more diverse forage, more complex flavour than mass-produced honey from imported bee strains.

🚫

Never Heated

Most "honey" in supermarkets is heated to 60-70°C to flow into bottles faster. That destroys enzymes and amino acids. We don't heat — ours stays alive.

🌾

Unfiltered

We let pollen, propolis traces, and beeswax fragments through. They're not contamination — they're the most nutritious parts of raw honey.

🧪

Zero Sugar Added

India's honey market is rife with sugar-syrup adulteration. Our honey contains exactly one ingredient: honey. Lab-tested, transparent.

Honey from our own bee farms.

We don't aggregate honey from third-party suppliers — we run our own apiaries with Apis cerana indica, the native Indian honeybee. Our bees forage across diverse, chemical-free flora, producing multifloral honey with depth and character no monoculture honey can match.

Harvested by hand. Strained through fine cloth (not filtered under pressure). Bottled cold. Sealed. Shipped to you within weeks of leaving the hive.

Three ways to use it.

01

Morning ritual

One teaspoon in warm (not hot) water with lemon, first thing in the morning. Don't add to boiling water — it kills the enzymes.

02

On a spoon

Sometimes the best way to taste real honey is straight from the spoon. You'll notice floral notes that processed honey can't deliver.

03

Cold drizzling

Over yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, or cheese. Avoid using as a sweetener in tea or coffee where high heat destroys what makes it special.

Common questions.

Why does my honey crystallise? Is it spoiled?

Not at all — it's the opposite. Crystallisation is a natural property of pure, raw honey. The glucose in real honey eventually forms crystals over weeks or months. Heated/processed honey stays runny forever because the enzymes are destroyed. If your honey crystallises, it's pure. To return to liquid, place the jar in warm (not hot) water for 10 minutes.

Is this honey safe for children and diabetics?

For children: safe for children over 1 year. Honey of any kind shouldn't be given to babies under 12 months due to botulism risk.

For diabetics: raw honey still contains natural sugars (fructose + glucose) so the glycemic load is real, but it has a lower glycemic index than refined sugar. Consult your doctor — we can't give medical advice, but many of our diabetic customers use small amounts as a refined-sugar replacement.

Why is your honey more expensive than supermarket honey?

Most supermarket honey at ₹200-300/kg is either adulterated with rice/corn syrup or mass-collected, heated, ultra-filtered, and stripped of nutritional value. Real raw honey requires careful harvesting, hand-straining, low yields, and complete supply chain control. We don't compete on price — we compete on what's actually in the jar.

How long does it last?

Properly stored, raw honey lasts indefinitely. Honey found in Egyptian tombs was still edible after 3,000 years. Keep it at room temperature in a sealed jar, away from sunlight, and don't refrigerate (the cold accelerates crystallisation).

Do you lab-test for purity?

Yes. Every batch is tested for sugar adulteration (C4 sugar test) and moisture content. We're happy to share test reports with B2B customers and on request from retail customers. The market is full of fake "raw honey" — independent testing is non-negotiable for us.

Pairs well with.
