Ecoland proudly announces its wide array of organic products for the health conscious people. It has on offer healthy food products used daily like: saffron, rajma- Jammu variety, turmeric, honey, cashewnuts, black pepper (50 gms) and shilajeet (20 gms).
Some of the above mentioned food items are grown at their farm in a salubrious climate, located at Navage village, (*close by to Hangarga village) on the outskirts of Belagavi. It can also be reached via Peeranwadi. Organic vegetables are grown in the nursery. The other spices and herbs grown here are bay leaves, cinnamon, areca nut, black pepper and coconut.
P&G Orchards: Organic Sanctuary
A part of the huge sprawling estate Potdar & Ghate (P & G) orchards is spread over 30 acres; has seven gates for easy access, entry and exit by motor able roads; its irrigated with bore wells assuring a perennial supply of water, and drip irrigation also extensively used.
Different botanical names given to the area of the crops grown, for easy access to those working on the farm and others involved. The farm is a must visit for those interested in seeing how it is maintained, and can be rightly called the “Garden of Eden”.
